Commencez \u00e0 expirer, ce que l'on appelle aussi la respiration de feu - des expirations courtes et nettes par le nez. Ne vous pr\u00e9occupez pas de l'inspiration, elle se fait inconsciemment. Pendant que vous respirez, changez de main et tapotez votre poitrine ; c'est l\u00e0 que vous activez le thymus. C'est l\u00e0 que vous activez le thymus, ce qui stimule votre r\u00e9ponse immunitaire. Tournez votre menton et posez-le sur votre \u00e9paule gauche. Levez les coudes et avalez plusieurs fois en respirant profond\u00e9ment. Cet exercice permet de rincer la glande thyro\u00efde situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la base du cou.
